Shakti Vocational Centre की शुरुआत उस दिन हुई जब हमारे founders ने देखा कि गाँव की लड़कियाँ हुनर में पीछे नहीं हैं — बस उनको सही दिशा और मौके की ज़रूरत है। Wair Badshapur की बेटियाँ मेहनती हैं, परिवार और संसाधनों की कमी के कारण उन्हें सही ट्रेनिंग नहीं मिल पाती। Shakti की नींव यही सोच कर रखी गई — कि किसी भी लड़की को skill का अधिकार होना चाहिए। आज Shakti में हर उम्र की ladki आती है — school-going, college students, housewives — और सबको समान अवसर मिलता है ताकि वे अपनी रोज़मर्रा की ज़िन्दगी बदल सकें।

Our Approach

• Practical Learning: हर विषय में hands-on methods — theoretical कम, practical ज़्यादा। उदाहरण: tailoring में हर छात्रा खुद एक साड़ी/blouse बनाती है; computer में हर student अपना resume बनाता है।
• Small Batches: 8–12 students per batch ताकि व्यक्तिगत मार्गदर्शन मिल सके।
• Trainers: Experienced trainers with real-world experience — female trainers prioritized for girl comfort.
• Curriculum Link to Market: Courses designed around local market demand — tailoring orders, beauty services, data entry jobs, local shops needing Tally operators.
• Personality & Confidence: Weekly sessions for communication, interview practice, body language, basic English phrases.
• Support After Course: Placement help, help to find small loans or micro-finance for starting small business, demo day (students showcase their work to local shopkeepers).
