Shakti - The Power of Women की शुरुआत Wair Badshapur के लिए एक छोटे लेकिन मजबूत विचार से हुई - गाँव की बेटियाँ मेहनती हैं लेकिन उन्हें सही skill और guidance नहीं मिलती। इसलिए Pramod Tomar और Pinki Gupta ने मिलकर Shakti Vocational Centre शुरू किया - एक ऐसा केंद्र जहाँ सीखना practical, safe और affordable हो। यहाँ tailoring, computer, accounting, beauty और English speaking जैसे real skills सिखाए जाते हैं-ताकि छात्राएँ तुरंत कमाई शुरू कर सकें या नौकरी में join हो सकें। हमारी priority है: safety, respect और हर छात्रा की personal growth।

हर क्लास में live practice और real projects — tailoring students real garments बना कर लाते हैं; computer students real resumes और billing projects complete करते हैं।
Example: Tailoring students को market order simulation दिया जाता है — माप लिया जाता है, कटिंग की जाती है, sample तैयार किया जाता है।
Female trainers majority हैं; classrooms bright, ventilated और guardian-friendly policies (parents can visit).
